Individuals can expect a relaxed, supportive environment when working with me. I will meet you where you are and provide warmth and guidance towards healing. I will challenge you at times to confront patterns of behavior or conditioned belief systems, always from a place of love and care.

I love working with the relationship dynamic, whether you are in a partnership of two or more. We bring so much to our relationships that stems from our childhood and possibly our ancestry. When we are able to address this from a place of clarity, we can engage with others with our authentic core. 

Families are a dynamic that don't get enough care and consideration. Often we resist sharing our thoughts and feelings with family members due to a fear of retaliation or hurting those around us. I approach families with the same love and respect I give to individuals and partnerships.
